  2. Somatic Grounding: Press your feet firmly into the floor and name five things you can see, four you can touch, three you can hear, two you can smell, and one you can taste. This reconnects your body to the present moment.


  3. Micro-Shifts in Mindset: Replace “I can’t handle this” with “I am learning to navigate this.” This subtle shift reframes challenges as growth opportunities.
